With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, brand leadership and strategic communications, I bring a solid understanding of the German market and its audiences. I advise international companies and brands on how to successfully approach Market Entry Germany and develop an effective Go-to-Market Germany strategy.

My work goes far beyond translation or basic localization. Instead, I focus on the strategic adaptation of messaging, positioning and communication structures. The goal is to ensure that international brands are not only present in Germany but relevant, credible and commercially successful within the German market environment.

Strategic Adaptation of Brands, Campaigns and Communication

I work with brands, CMOs and marketing leaders to optimize existing marketing strategies, campaigns and brand communication for the German market. This includes Marketing Localization Germany, the adaptation of communication strategies, content structures, websites and product pages, as well as the development of strong positioning tailored to local audiences.

Strategic Presence in Germany

Together with interdisciplinary teams and my clients, I help international brands build a strong strategic presence in Germany, increase visibility and ensure that their communication resonates with the expectations and decision patterns of German target groups.

Internationalization and European Market Expansion

In addition to supporting Market Entry Germany, I also advise companies on the international expansion of brands, products and marketing campaigns across Europe. This includes the strategic preparation of international rollouts - from adapting product packaging, campaigns and brand communication to advancing websites and content structures for different markets. Working closely with agencies, partners and specialized translation providers, I ensure that brands maintain a consistent international presence while communicating effectively in each local market.
